What is the valet service?
To make your holiday a little easier, we offer a complimentary overnight valet service for your rented skis, poles and snowboards. Equipment can be valeted at either our Snowsports school building or at equipment rental shop. You may leave your equipment here at the end of every day for your convenience.
We don’t allow any boots or helmets to be left as there is not the space to ensure they will dry by the morning. Most accommodation has a drying room/equipment to ensure they are nice and toasty when you come to use them the following day.

Can I upgrade from regular equipment to powder/ performance equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to upgrade from regular to powder/ performance equipment for ¥1,500 per day. If you upgrade and then make additional swaps of different powder/ performance equipment on following days the additional ¥1,000 service fee applies.
Can you pick me up from my accommodation to come to your shop for equipment collection?
